Class 3 has 2028 talent all over the state. The top kill leader for Class 3 2028 players is at the top of the list, followed by teams that feature duo 2028s who will eventually become the class's top players.

[player_tooltip player_id='556998' first='Paisley' last='Hudson'] – 5'10" - Oak Grove

The bruiser outside for Oak Grove finished the season as the team's top kill leader with 312. She would also lead Class 3 2028 hitters in kills with 312 while hitting .301 on the season. She is a tough player to stop with her high contact point, excellent defense, and 303 kills. She is also the team's top passer.

[player_tooltip player_id='729515' first='Isabelle' last='Chao'] and [player_tooltip player_id='730118' first='Maha' last='Devrapally'] - MICDS

This season was historic at MICDS, as they won their first district and sectional championships. Izzy and Maha are massive role players for the Rams, and they finished with 288 and 149 kills, respectively. Both players are six-rotation outsides, and their development in the offseason will be crucial for the Ram's success next season.

[player_tooltip player_id='729500' first='Kendall' last='McDowell'] and [player_tooltip player_id='730115' first='Kinley' last='Couch'] - Saxony

Another duo on the list is from Saxony; they are the program's future. Both finished in the top three in kills on the team. Kendall hits on the left pin while Kinley plays on the right. They finished the season with 406, 45% of the team's offense. At 5'9", Kendall and Kinley 6'0"; they already have good height, but their overall hitting games are solid.

[player_tooltip player_id='729521' first='Blair' last='Bough'] – and [player_tooltip player_id='664702' first='Ava' last='Lane'] - Strafford

Both players are 5'9 and are going to be big-time players for Strafford. [player_tooltip player_id='664702' first='Ava' last='Lane'] is a lefty opposite and setter with a crushing swing, and Blair can hit on either pin and hit a sweet line shot on the right. Ava finished with 267 kills to lead the team, and Blair finished third with 213 kills. Mark my words: Strafford will be state title contenders in the next three years, as Blair and Ava are just two parts of a trio of 2028 players for Strafford.

[player_tooltip player_id='730111' first='Sophie' last='DeJournett'] – Cape Notre Dame

If you start as a first-year student at ND, you know they will be a solid player. Not only did Sophie start, but she also made significant contributions on the outside, finishing with 178 kills. Sophie has a strong approach and, with more experience, will develop into a top-notch six-rotation outside for the Bulldogs.
