The Strafford junior had a breakout sophomore season, racking up 390 kills while establishing herself as one of the area’s top offensive threats. Teams will undoubtedly look for ways to slow her down this season, but that won’t be an easy task. Her production has increased each year, and there’s little reason to expect that trend to change in 2026. She also continued to develop her back-row game last fall, finishing with more than 300 digs and giving Strafford another weapon in all six rotations.

One of the biggest movers in the entire rankings, Bough shot all the way to No. 30 after earning All-Tournament Team honors at USAV Nationals this summer. She thrives under pressure, running an efficient offense with tempo, vision, and creativity. Bough is proving herself as one of the top young setters and attackers to watch in Missouri.

The coach’s kid had an outstanding freshman campaign for Strafford, finishing with over 200 kills. For Missouri Juniors 417 15 Elite, Blair moved to the opposite pin, and her play took off. A great attacker on the right side allowed her to use her 5’10” frame to be a big-time blocker and a great out-of-system attacker. Volleyball is in her blood, and her potential isn’t even at 50% of what she will become.
