Can you live with a sibling and go to school and be able to cope with them on the court? You see them at home all the time, and now you're sharing the same court, same locker room, and same gym. These sisters can! Here are some of Illinois' sister pairs that play volleyball in high school together, very successfully!

Bree Borum, 2020, 6'0, RS/S, Sterling
Brooklyn Borum, 2020, 6'0, OH, Sterling
The twins were bookends for Sterling, getting kills at either antenna, during the same rotation. In the state semifinals, Bree had 13 assists, 12 of them had to be to sister Brook! Both are very talented and smart players, athletic and two of the reasons that Sterling are 3A State Champions.

Kitty Sandt, 2023, 5'11, S/RS, Nazareth
Elizabeth Sandt, 2020, 5'11, S/RS, Nazareth
Where one Sandt graduates, another Sandt looks to step in her place. Both played significant roles in Nazareth getting to states. Eli starting as setter and Kitty playing in the DS role. Kitty had 180 kills and 118 digs while older sister Eli had 703 assists and 254 digs going into the state tournament.

Ali Jenson, 2020, 6'2, OH, Plainfield North,
Lauren Jenson, 2023, 5'9, OH, Plainfield North
One Jenson graduates and another one steps in. Lauren will be missed as the team's starter, but Ali will be looked to fill that void.

Julia Stefanon, 2020, 5'6, S, Carl Sandburg
Shelby Stefanon, 2020, 5'9, OH, Carl Sandburg
The twins aren't the first Stefanon's to play volleyball at Sandburg as older sister's Caroline and Abbie also played for the Eagles. Both Caroline and Abbie play volleyball in college, Lewis, and Bellermine, respectively. The Twins now prepare to play in college as they just completed their senior season.
