It's our biggest class yet, and it's home to some of the best players in Nevada. We've got over&nbsp;<strong>100 sophomores</strong>&nbsp;ranked and ready for those college coaches to start calling on June 15, 2025, and beyond. For one, she's got the split step mastered, especially on serve receive, which lets her get to serves way faster. She moves side to side with ease and pairs her passing skills with a solid serve. She's also not afraid to step up for the second ball in out-of-system plays, finishing the season with about 55 assists and 355 digs. The sophomore crushed it with 458 digs, ranking fourth in Nevada! She played a huge role in leading her varsity team to an undefeated 18-0 season. On top of that, she racked up 147 kills and 52 aces, showing she's got serious skills both on offense and defense. She put up almost 300 kills, 46 blocks, and finished the season with a solid .217 hitting percentage. As a middle hitter, she's quick off the net and always ready to attack, especially aiming for those deep corners. As the setter, she crushed it with 543 assists, but she didn't stop there—she also put up 233 digs! What really sets her apart is her strong defense in right back, which a lot of young setters are just getting confident with. If she keeps up this momentum, Mangum is on track for an epic high school career. She racked up hundreds of digs and passes, helping her team dominate in Nevada 2A volleyball. Even as a freshman last season, she was already one to watch, finishing with nearly 225 digs. This season, she went even bigger, recording nearly 400 digs as she continues to level up her game.
