The Red Rock Rave is not just another tournament; it's a pivotal battleground for teams vying to earn a spot at the USA Volleyball Girls National Championship. Hosted by the Southern California Volleyball Association (SCVA), this renowned event will bring elite competition to the Las Vegas Convention Center over three weekends:   <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Red Rock Rave #1: March 15–17, 2025</li>   <li>Red Rock Rave #2: April 19–21, 2025</li>   <li>Red Rock Rave #3: April 25–27, 2025</li> </ul>   With national bids on the line, teams from across the country will compete for a chance to shine on one of the sport's most prestigious stages. The energy is palpable, the stakes are sky-high, and for many athletes, this tournament could serve as a game-changer in their club season.   In Part Two of our coverage, I spoke with several prospects to gain insight into their goals, mindsets, and what they're aiming to prove on the court. She approaches every swing with intent, constantly assessing how to score points effectively or keep the play alive for her team. Jenna is focused on bringing an aggressive mindset to the tournament, looking to attack with power while maintaining smart ball placement. She is committed to swinging hard at every opportunity while ensuring she remains tactical in her shot selection.   To prepare for Red Rock Rave, Jenna has been refining her arm mechanics and working on a faster snap, enhancing her ability to generate power and control in her attacks. This focused training will allow her to maximize her efficiency at the net and increase her scoring opportunities.   Jenna's raw potential and ability to keep improving will stand out to college coaches. She recognizes that she has room to grow and is eager to continue developing her game. She has committed to extra training sessions and has been setting clear goals to maintain focus and direction in her development. Her ability to approach the game with an intentional mindset and strong work ethic sets her apart.   College coaches will take notice of Ryah's court awareness, enthusiasm, and mental toughness. Her resilience under pressure and ability to stay locked in throughout competition make her a standout competitor. To prepare for Red Rock Rave, Addison has been putting in extra work at the gym on her off days while also prioritizing her mental strength through youth group and church services. Additionally, she is maintaining proper nutrition and hydration to ensure peak performance throughout the tournament.   College coaches will recognize Addison's passion, work ethic, and competitive fire. She takes pride in the way she shows up and competes every time she steps on the court. As a setter, Emma focuses on mixing up the offense, making smart plays, and changing the flow of the game to keep opposing teams off balance. Her ability to read the game and adjust in real-time highlights her high volleyball IQ and adaptability.   Emma is committed to performing at her highest level and has been fueling her body with the right foods, staying hydrated with electrolytes, and mentally preparing for high-intensity situations. She understands the importance of staying focused under pressure, allowing her to make confident decisions in crucial moments.   College coaches will recognize Emma's consistency, versatility, and composure in any situation. She stays calm under pressure, ensuring that she maintains effective communication with her teammates. As a setter, she works closely with her hitters to determine the best offensive options, and as a hitter, she maintains a strong connection with her setter to optimize her attacking opportunities. ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247     [player_tooltip player_id='475679' first='Francesca' last='Rebagliati'] is eager to showcase the skills she has been diligently refining, particularly her ability to handle hard-driven hits and maintain a steady, balanced serve receive. Her defensive awareness and quick reactions make her a key player in keeping plays alive, while her composure under pressure ensures she remains a reliable force in the backcourt.   Francesca is focused on bringing energy and leadership to the court, aiming to be as vocal as possible while providing positive reinforcement and encouragement for her teammates. In high-pressure moments, she is committed to keeping a calm, focused mindset, ensuring she stays locked in and ready to make game-changing plays.   In preparation for Red Rock Rave, Francesca has prioritized taking care of her body, getting at least eight hours of sleep whenever possible, and maintaining a consistent training routine. She has been hitting the gym twice a week to improve her strength and endurance while scheduling private training sessions to fine-tune areas of her game that need extra attention.   Francesca's high-energy presence, relentless defensive mentality, and leadership on the court will stand out to college coaches.
