This 23-24 season has been one of great persistence for my team LAVBC Flow Kamalu. The core group of this team has been playing together for three years and we have grown not only as a team and as individual players but also as a family. We have fought and given our all in the practice gym and on the court and will continue to do so for the remainder of the season.
