I walked around many courts in the month of February and saw some great talent. The following are ones that not only impressed me, but were ones I couldn't stop thinking about. Some of the players below are simply studs already, some have shown tremendous growth, and some are new players that are already making an impact. Either way, they made a lasting impression and I am going to be sure to keep tabs on them as are many others.

Remember to follow me on Instagram @Prepdigamy and Facebook @PrepDig Amy for up to date event coverage, stories, and more.

Kiminski is beast in the middle and is a player that I do not think gets enough recognition for how talented she is. She is probably one of the most dynamic and hardest attacking players that I saw not only in February, but so far this club season. Kiminski is quick, moves efficiently, is strong, and has a quick arm swing that often leaves opposing teams stunned. She has a natural athletic ability to her and just makes everything she does look easy. I especially like how terminal she is when she is on the move, running routes, and attacking off of one foot. Kiminski is going to be a steal for some college and will likely be scooped up soon.

Bowers gets my pick for the most dynamic outside in the month of February. I remember when I first saw her at the Siouxland Showdown I was like, who is this kid? Well, she has made a lasting impression. As a 6 rotation outside, she does so many things well. She reads the block in front of her, adjusts, and will deliver lethal blows by going up and over the block, around the block, or by hitting the seams. Everyone wants a player like this on their team as she finds ways to score over and over again.

McCarthy has really come into her own as a 2027 setter gearing up for recruitment come this June. She is poised, makes smart setting decisions, and does an excellent job getting her feet to the ball so that she can deliver clean sets to her attackers. While all that is important, where she most impresses me and sets herself apart from her peers, is in her ability to be bold. She doesn't just deliver the easy set, instead, she will make the hard play like finding middles when off the net and reversing the ball when on the other side of the court. I can't wait to see more of her in the upcoming months and years.

I love lefties so naturally, when I saw College take her first attack at the Mizuno Showcase, I just had to stay and watch her for a while. College is simply explosive. She moves quickly, reads the ball well, and explodes to the pin. Her explosiveness combined with her quick, heavy arm makes her hard to stop. College also has an exceptional vertical which not only aids in her attacking abilities but makes her a blocking force on defense as well. I anticipate that she is turning many heads this clubs season and I am excited to see who is lucky enough to snag her during recruitment.

Agnew has the potential to go far in the volleyball world. Already ahead of many of her liberal peers, Agnew digs exceptionally well, delivers precise out of system sets, and can rack up numerous points with her serve. She is lightening fast, reads the ball well, and is a smart defender. I can't wait to follow her in the upcoming years as she continues to grow and develop her game.

Modracek is a 2028 scoring machine that has a ton of potential. She is already leaps and bounds ahead of many attackers in her age group. She is smart player that has already developed numerous shots. She can and will deliver hard shots deep cross court and down the line but will also unload those off speed shots that frustrate teams and score many points. She is especially lethal due to the fact that not only can she make those shots, but she also reads the block well and knows when to use each.
