Hanousek concluded her junior season in 2025 with a kills per set average just ahead of five for Canfield. She is off to a blistering start as she earned 40 kills across the Cardinals two 3-0 wins. She opened the season with 18 kills on a .452 efficency and 58% kill rate. The senior pin was better in match two as she had 22 kills on a .556 effiency and a 67% kill impact, proving she is a difficult out for opponents right now.

Hanousek has been a critical part of her team’s club success this season as NOVA 17 Navy earned a bid to the GJNC 17 National division. Her effectiveness at the net is a product of her efficient footwork and approach pattern on the left side that get her feet to the ball and able to contact well at the peak of her jump. She can also contribute in other ways with her passing and defense as a six-rotation prospect. She has earned 763 kills for her career at Canfield with her senior season just ahead of her.

She continues to be very terminal with her arm during this club season with her NOVA team. At the recent Windy City NQ, Hanousek showed off her aggressive arm with pace and keen awareness to find space at the edges of the block and scoring through it.
