Frieler jumped on my radar earlier in the season when I saw her play at the Frostbite Festival. Frieler is impressive in the fact that she has the capacity to step into several roles on the court and dominate each of them. She is a poised attacker, can hit from both the right and left pin, and does a solid job in both serve receive and defense.
Frieler’s game is also advanced in the fact that not only is she seeing elevated play during the club season, but this high level attacker and defender has already found success on the varsity floor during the school season. Frieler is a young player on the rise and will be one to keep tabs on.
