About Mara

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a six rotation player with a high volleyball IQ, and I am able to make quick adjustments and decisions on the court. On offense, I play my best when there is a quick tempo, and use a variety of offspeed shots and angles. I am a strong passer and have good court vision, which allows me to anticipate plays and make moves to position myself correctly for defense.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

On the court, I am intense, vocal, and hold myself as well as others around me to a high standard. I enjoy being challenged and pushed in games and practices. Off the court, I am a quieter person, but still love to have fun with my teammates.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a program that values hard work and dedication, as well as having a sense of community and family. I want to play for a successful team that gives full effort 100% of the time and works for everything they win.
