How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Highly competitive and results-driven, Amelia thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure situations. With high IQ, she is analytical, decisive, and confident in taking initiative on the court, facilitating dynamic play. Her leadership, communication and selflessness elevates team energy and effort, while she consistently pushes herself and teammates toward improvement and success.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Amelia is outgoing, motivated, and enthusiastic on the court, bringing infectious energy that inspires those around her. She is adaptable, resilient, trustworthy and coachable, with a strong focus on growth and success. Her composure, drive, natural leadership and passion for the game make her a unifying and motivating force for any team.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

AMS LEADERSHIP AWARD "Students were selected through a staff recommendation process because of their strong character, kindness and leadership skills, and in recognition of their hard work and leadership in our school. These kind, thoughtful, and engaged young leaders' positive influence will continue to shape AMS and the greater Anacortes community." Kia duNann, AMS Principal

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I believe volunteering provides lots of opportunities for learning and growth. I have volunteered as a member of the Ball Rotation Team for the UW Huskies volleyball team. Very inspiring! I also volunteer for an organization that helps wildlife in oil spills. I have a strong love of the ocean and want to be a marine biologist to help save our oceans.
