Ashlee does a great job running the team from the setter position. She also can hit the ball as well from that RS position or get kills as a setter. Smart player who reads the game well. Defends the position well with point saving digs. She makes all the sets. Jumping sets, back sets, quicks … you name it she can do it. Just a really great feel for the game.

Willis was one of the biggest standout setters of the weekend given her potential and the fact that she is just 14 years old. Despite her youth, she already showcases excellent setting hands, delivers a clean ball in rhythm, and does a great job moving the offense around the court. Her ability to keep all her hitters involved (including executing slides) while maintaining a consistent tempo stood out, making her a setter with significant potential to watch moving forward.

Ashlee was the go-to on the court—always communicating, adjusting tempo, and making the right reads to set her hitters up for success. Her hands are clean, her footwork is quick, and her ability to dump when the defense isn’t expecting it shows her high volleyball IQ.
