Northern Kentucky Junior All-Star Notables

They are more crisp with another club season under her belt. Entering her third season as the starting setter for Scott, Grigsby has a great connection with two-time defending 10th Region Player of the Year [player_tooltip player_id='212393' first='Milyn' last='Minor']. Puckett earned a number of blocks on taller hitters in both games. Puckett also took some nice swings and did a good job backing up at the net on blocked balls. Opponents know they can not hit directly into her blocks so they either tip or even send them high and wide. Berwanger consistently gets her hands on balls. Berwanger puts amazing thunder into balls, especially on her cross-court shots. She does a great job hustling to balls and keeping them alive with a nice platform. She moves from the back row into her setting position quickly.
