No matter the shot, she could make it happen and she was always ready to execute. Girona showed a lot of grit during the fast-paced drills and in out of system plays. Even though I cover Alianna in Wisconsin, it was nearly impossible to tell athletes from each other when doing coverage virtually, except for their numbers. I had notes down about Alianna's good shot selection and discipline and transition before I even realized it was her! The first swing I saw from her nearly made my jaw drop. And she only continued to impress from there. Ava is the type of pin who elevates any game she plays in, and it showed with her ability to execute on nearly any set in every drill at the Showcase. She caught my eye a couple of times during different drills and each time she was doing all of the little things right - mixing up her shots, being disciplined in defense and transition, and so much more. She perfectly balanced every aspect of being a competitive and high-level pin hitter. She was fearless and relentless with her swings yet did not make a lot of errors. Her ball placement was strategic yet powerful. Jermany is a physical player that had just enough finesse to ensure the ball went exactly where she wanted it. She was fun to watch dominate on the court and is an incredibly talented athlete. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
