Alianna showed how she can stand out among top competition. Even though I cover Alianna in Wisconsin, it was nearly impossible to tell athletes from each other when doing coverage virtually, except for their numbers. I had notes down about Alianna’s good shot selection and discipline and transition before I even realized it was her! She really impressed me with her endurance and execution during the fast-paced transition drills.

Alianna was previously a watchlist player who moved into the rank with this update. She has really increased her overall court awareness and all-around game. Alianna has a huge amount of potential as either a front-row or back-row player. With the talented Notre Dame squad, she could have a breakout season for high school this year.

Alianna is a pin hitter with a lot of upsides. She is very aggressive and fearless at the net. Even against a big block, she doesn’t hesitate to take a swing and try to find the high hands or a seam. Alianna has solid fundamentals and can be a big contributor from the service line and as a defender as well. She is a player to watch as we enter the club season.

House takes a really nice rip on the ball and isn’t afraid to work different angles. She was finding all the lines on the court which is something that comes with a lot of reps. House has a great vertical and the power to match and she’s just a sophomore so I can’t wait to see how her game grows.

Alianna is an up-and-coming pin hitter who definitely turned some heads at the Showcase. She has a high vertical and is smart and precise with her swings. Alianna is also a great defender and just an all-around talent on the court.
