Please welcome Annalisa Ryser Annalisa Ryser 5'10" | S/RS The Hockaday School | 2029 State TX to the Prep Dig Texas State Ranking List. She is currently ranked as the No. 40 overall player in the 2029 grad class. Miss Ryser is a 5’10” setter and right side from The Hockaday School who also competes for 1United Volleyball Club. She has the ability to impact any match in multiple roles due to her overall ball control in every aspect of the game.  As a setter, Annalisa shows a strong feel for tempo and does a nice job distributing the ball to keep her offense balanced. When she transitions to the right side, she becomes an effective scoring option with a controlled and efficient swing.  There is a natural understanding of the game in how she reads situations and adjusts based on what the defense gives her.  College coaches will fall in love with her frame and how she uses it at against elite competition.  Her ability to seamlessly shift between roles adds significant value to her team.  Annalisa is a player with a high ceiling as she continues to refine her all around game and everyone needs to take note now.
