Kennedy Varda from Big Sky VBC is another local athlete headed to the SEC, having pledged to Kentucky early after the June 15 contact date for Division 1 athletes kicked off. Varda is long and explosive, resulting in a superior blocker who can shut down middles across the net. Varda teamed up with a group of CPA players and took home the championship of the 20th annual Global Challenge, located in Pula, Croatia.
