The class of 2029 is coming in hot, ready or not here they come.

For the third year in a row, Michigan has played host to some of the best incoming freshmen the classes have had to offer. Ranging from the Metro Detroit area to the West Side and Northern Michigan. This past weekend, we got to really get a great taste of what the 2029 class has cooking up for their debut seasons.

Next up, let's take a look at some of the best middle blocker prospects at the Freshman Showcase.

[player_tooltip player_id='787391' first='Karsyn' last='Ignash'] - Cass City/Michigan Elite

Yes, be aware, there is ANOTHER Ignash entering the chat. This one boasts all of the size and all of the physicality that older sisters Shelby Ignash (Texas Tech) and [player_tooltip player_id='569773' first='Skylar' last='Ignash'] possess as well. Ignash not only showcased some strong similarities to the play of her sisters, but she showed off a stellar motor as one of ONLY four middles at the showcase. Despite getting the most touches in the gym, Ignash was never seen on the sidelines, always front and center at the net making big plays.

[player_tooltip player_id='775900' first='Suri' last='Ewing'] - West Bloomfield/Michigan Elite

This player is going to be one that we need to keep an eye on for quite some time. When [player_tooltip player_id='775900' first='Suri' last='Ewing'] makes a clean connection on the ball, she can be one of the most lethal attackers in the gym. Her lateral movement shows a lot of promise as well. Ewing will be entering her rookie season alongside [player_tooltip player_id='569764' first='Amani' last='Agoot'] (Tennessee Tech) at West Bloomfield, which shows to be a great player to model her play.

[player_tooltip player_id='849430' first='Tori' last='Lewis'] - Walled Lake Western/Legacy

[player_tooltip player_id='849430' first='Tori' last='Lewis'] was always at a 10 at all times. Swinging as hard as she could and going for max jump each time, Lewis often was demanding the ball. Her eagerness to be an offensive weapon was admirable. Regardless of position, Lewis could be a strong attacker any where along the net.

[player_tooltip player_id='848581' first='Milani' last='Parker'] - Walled Lake Western/Legacy

[player_tooltip player_id='848581' first='Milani' last='Parker'] and Lewis will be that freshman duo to keep an eye on all fall at Walled Lake Western. [player_tooltip player_id='848581' first='Milani' last='Parker'] has a lot of size and a lot of upside to her game. When Parker makes a clean connection with the set, she is a high level scorer.
