About Milani

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

High intellectual player. I play OH & RH but my heart is at Middle. I absolutely love the dirty work of the middle position from the blocking, defense to offense transition, and just having complete control of the net. I can have someone 7’2 standing on the other side of the net and I would still feel I have the advantage. My athleticism at the net is what helps me stand out.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I was told by players that I have major “Grit”. If you look at my highlights I always clutch my fist and let out a huge yell after I get a kill or a block, that is all passion coming out. I love to give 100% effort on the court because I believe effort can be contagious to my teammates. This is how I like to lead as a player. I do whatever it takes to keep a play alive even as a middle.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Currently in high school I am apart of our Red Cross club because I love community service. Also, I am apart of our Model UN club. I decided to join this club to help with public speaking which is so important.

Another talented middle prospect from Walled Lake Western, Parker is a player that can really pop off the floor and she has an athletic swing that leads to a lot of velocity on her swings. Parker times up her attacks well for strong connections, and she keeps doing her part to improve on her fundamentals defensively to be a reliable option away from the ball as well.
