[player_tooltip player_id='876714' first='Josie' last='Robinson'] has been a driving force behind PCDS's success over the past three years. As a freshman, she stepped into the spotlight as the starting setter and led her team to a state championship in 2022 earning 443 assists for the year. In her sophomore year, PCDS reached the finals once again but came up short against Trivium Prep, totaling 501 assists as a sophomore. Undeterred, Josie came back stronger her junior year, showing remarkable composure under pressure. Her leadership helped knock SCA out of contention and propelled PCDS back to the top of 2A with a championship win in 2024. She broke the 1000 assist career milestone her junior year early.

Tatum is no stranger to high-pressure moments. Since her freshman year, she's been the starting setter and the steady leader of the NCS Crusaders. In her debut season, she guided the team all the way to the state championship match, falling to Snowflake in the finals. Now, she's on the verge of surpassing the impressive 2,000-assist milestone—a testament to her consistency and impact.

Tatum runs a fast-paced offense that creates one-on-one opportunities for her hitters, setting them up for success. Her game is built on precision, timing, and smart decision-making. Though the Crusaders came up just short in the Final Four during both her sophomore and junior seasons, her leadership remained a driving force—and it's clear the team is in excellent hands.

Megan has shown that age is just a number when it comes to running the court. If you've got the skill, it shows—and Megan's got it.
