Senior Standouts Secure Their Spot in the 2026 Rankings - Vol. 2

These seniors have made it clear they belong among Nevada's top players. Each has turned in a standout season, playing a major role in their team's success and helping lead them into the playoffs as key difference-makers. While they may be new additions to our rankings, they're far from new to the game. Their dedication, growth, and consistent performances have earned them recognition from Las Vegas to Reno and beyond. Get to know the seniors who have been shining all season long.    Zakiyyah, a 5'6” hitter, has been a key offensive weapon this season with 222 kills, 9 blocks, 203 digs, and 38 aces. She has also handled 340 receptions thus far, showing her reliability in serve receive. Known for her solid passing and strong swing, she continues to prove herself as an all-around player. Most recently, she helped her team win first place in the Dragons Invitational Tournament against some of the top programs in Nevada. --Kantessa Bryant-Miller @prepdignv     TeLaukie, also known as “Te,” is a 5'7” setter with a strong background as a hitter, which adds versatility to her game. She has recorded 298 assists, 23 kills, 29 blocks, 166 digs, and 39 aces while hitting .247 on the season. Her ability to impact every part of the game makes her one of the most well-rounded players on her roster and a major contributor to her team's success. --Kantessa Bryant-Miller @prepdignv     Taylor, a 5'6” setter in her third year on varsity, continues to play a pivotal role as the quarterback of her team. She has tallied 236 assists to lead her team, averaging 7.6 assists per set, along with 20 blocks, 16 aces, 90 digs, and 25 kills. Recently named Player of the Match on September 10, 2025, she continues to guide her team, which is currently ranked third in their league. --Kantessa Bryant-Miller @prepdignv     Avery, a 5'7” libero for Centennial High School, has been a defensive standout this season with 352 digs, ranking eighth in the state. She also leads her team in receptions with 382 and digs per set at 4.0. Avery has added 31 assists, 22 aces, and 3 kills, along with two 22-dig matches this season. She plays both indoor and beach volleyball and continues to be the anchor of Centennial's defense, helping the team maintain its position as the tenth-ranked squad in the state. --Kantessa Bryant-Miller @prepdignv     Kiera, a 5'4” setter, has been the quarterback for her team, leading with 589 assists and averaging 7.2 assists per set. She has also added 14 aces, 128 digs, and 8 kills. Her ability to control the pace of the game and make smart decisions under pressure sets her apart as a leader on the court.
