The SoCal stop of the PrepDig Exposure Tour brought big energy to the courts, and one athlete rose above the pace and pressure with presence, poise, and next level potential:

, a 5'11.5 six rotation middle from Sierra Canyon who graduates in 2028. She carries a 4.3 GPA, touches 9'10 on her block jump, and competes with the kind of versatility that makes her impactful in every phase of the game.
Raneighla plays varsity for Sierra Canyon and competes for CITY 16 Gold. She used this showcase to her full advantage in live gameplay given her school season restrictions. Her combination of athleticism, discipline, and fearlessness stood out throughout the showcase. She is a middle who moves like an outside, communicates like a setter, and competes with the motor of a libero. Her ability to play all six rotations with confidence is a testament to her work ethic and attention to detail.
She was selected as the Avoli Committed Athletefor her leadership, steady energy, and presence on both sides of the ball. She elevates the athletes around her with clear communication, competitive joy, and the mindset of an athlete who shows up ready to work.
Leadership
Raneighla brought a calm, confident presence to her team and immediately set the tone for how they would compete. She encouraged her teammates first, then helped them adjust their strategy with clarity and purpose.
“I first told them how great of a job they were doing and talked through the areas we were getting beat, especially in the deep corners,” she said. “I assured them that if I got beat on the block they could count on me to step back and pick up the tip.”
Once the group had a clear plan, her leadership helped them settle in, communicate with confidence, and take control of the game. “Once we had the clear game plan we dominated.”
She led with positivity and direction, and the athletes around her responded.

Sportsmanship
Raneighla understands that competitive energy is contagious, and she used her presence to keep her court connected. She celebrated every point, lifted up her setters and passers, and helped the group stay grounded in moments of pressure.
“Jumping and celebrating for every point matters,” she said. “High fiving my passers and setters is pivotal for team morale.”
She was intentional with her support, especially after errors. “Clapping them up on an error and making eye contact to let them know they got the next one was the shift we needed today.”
Her sportsmanship helped create an environment where athletes felt confident, supported, and ready to compete.
Work Ethic

Raneighla's work ethic is one of the strongest parts of her game. She plays all six rotations, but more importantly, she approaches every skill with the mindset of a complete athlete.
“Yes, I am a six rotation middle, but above all else I am a volleyball player and an athlete,” she said. “Every pass, set, dig, block, spike, and serve I do as if that is my specialty.”
She competes with maximum effort, no matter the rep or the situation. “It is 110 percent or nothing. I will choose 110 percent every time. Dripping with sweat, out of breath, I will push.”
Her energy, discipline, and refusal to take a rep off made her stand out throughout the event.
Congratulations to Raneighla on being named the Avoli Committed Athlete for the SoCal stop of the PrepDig Exposure Tour.
