New (To Us) Athletes In The Class Of ‘28 Rankings

It is quite impossible to see each and every volleyball player live from around the state, so when we do, they earn a spot in the rankings and deserve an analysis. Playing right back for one of the best teams in her age group last season, Megan is an athletic and active defender who covers far more ground than most other defenders her size. She's also smart, anticipatory and always reading and reacting to the play as it develops. Her skill set allowed her to go toe-to-toe with some of the best middles at our Exposure Tour a few weeks back, and held her own in the process. Although she might be seeing more track time because of her advancement in throwing, she's close to attacking at ten feet, all without any reasonable volleyball training. As a setter, she can run a solid offense with various tempi and multiple options in her hitters.
