I'm impressed by her decision-making and how she manages tempo, particularly when the offense is out of system. She delivers a consistent ball and does a good job keeping hitters involved. Her court awareness and leadership qualities stand out, and she plays with a calm confidence that benefits the entire team.     Isley brings consistency and toughness to the back row. She reads hitters well and shows quick reactions defensively, especially in broken plays. I value her discipline in serve-receive and her ability to stay composed under pressure. She is the type of defensive player coaches trust in critical moments, and her reliability makes her a strong asset in any system.     Madison is a physical outside hitter who competes hard on every point. I like her aggressiveness as an attacker and her willingness to take on responsibility offensively. She has a solid presence at the net and continues to grow as a defender. As she refines her consistency and expands her all-around game, her impact will only increase.     Nia is an athletic right-side who uses her strength and length well at the net. She shows good timing as a blocker and can be a difference-maker in one-on-one situations.
