210 Countdown City Classic Tourney Top Performers Vol 3

Standing at 6'2", Roland's ability to play both outside hitter and middle blocker gave her team a valuable matchup advantage, especially in high-pressure moments. Offensively, she routinely delivered points when her team needed them most, using a high contact point and strong arm to score against well-formed blocks. From a defensive standpoint, she played big at the net, covering significant ground with efficient footwork and closing space quickly to take away attacking lanes. Her blocking presence forced opponents to adjust their offensive strategies, particularly when she was matched up against primary pins. She operated as a silky-smooth distributor, consistently keeping the offense in rhythm and ensuring every hitter remained a threat. From a tactical standpoint, her ability to balance her squad's high-powered attack prevented opposing defenses from cheating toward any single option, forcing blockers to stay honest until the moment of release. Garcia's decision-making stood out, as she read matchups well and adjusted tempo and location to maximize efficiency across all rotations. Her high volleyball IQ was evident in how she managed momentum and controlled stretches of play under pressure.
