We were out and about all weekend for the Tulsa Attack. Our scouts spent over 30 total hours combined in the gym. The local clubs littered the gold bracket, especially the championship matches. Such as, [program_tooltip program_id='776295' first='Tulsa' last='Power'] had a team in EVERY SINGLE GIRLS CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH. OK Elevate and UPVBC both had deep runs and solid showings. Let's take a look at how Elevate 15.1 finished up and some players who stood out.

15s Championship: UPVBC 15 Elite over TPV 15-2.

Elevate 15.1 started Saturday off slow. They lost the opening set to 316 VBC 15 Blue and clawed their way back to get the 3rd set win 15-12. They quickly got it back on track and rolled Lady Riders 25-9 25-9. They finished off pool play with a comfortable win over UPVBC 15 pink to stay undefeated.

They were then thrown into the gold bracket with a first round bye and a spot in the elite 8. They saw Oklahoma Blaze in the first round and picked up right where they left off from Saturday, winning 25-12 25-22. Thus putting them into the final four. They then fell short in a tough battle with TPV 15-2.

Players: If you haven't seen [player_tooltip player_id='933581' first='Caydance' last='King'] play yet, you NEED to. She can absolutely detonate on a ball out of the middle. If you don't get a block up to at least slow it down, it will dent the floor. She also already has a very nice float serve that has nearly zero spin on it. The crazy part she is only a 13s by birthday. She has a chance to a very special player down the line. [player_tooltip player_id='933575' first='Zoey' last='Hadley'] is super athletic and could play on either pin but she got up and roofed opposing outsides on multiple occasions. [player_tooltip player_id='931567' first='Alice' last='Michaels'] is a very scrappy setter who hustles and can track down just about every ball. She plays good defense and pivot sets well for a freshman. They even had her run a 5-1 at times this weekend. [player_tooltip player_id='787302' first='Bailey' last='Richison'], [player_tooltip player_id='933576' first='Harper' last='Ring'] and Libero Abigail Brown all had moments of brilliance in the back row, particularly with transition digging. [player_tooltip player_id='933577' first='Natalee' last='Hammonds'] on the outside in a playmaker that can really spark a run for her team. Look out for this team as they have plenty of room for growth and with a coach like Mike Leatherland at the helm, they will assuredly get there.

Congrats to all the teams in attendance this week. Please make sure and update your profiles, which are completely free if you haven't yet. Especially for those who have transferred high schools or changed clubs for 2026. Don't miss the 2030 sneak peaks I will include in my upcoming articles.

SNEAK PEAK: Our 2030 rankings will be dropping in the near future and a stand out player who will be in them is Elevates own, [player_tooltip player_id='933581' first='Caydance' last='King'].
