About Lily

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m an energetic and competitive player who focuses on strong communication, hustle, and consistency. I work hard on every play, stay aggressive, and always try to support my teammates on the court.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a positive and determined mindset. I’m coachable, hardworking, and always looking to improve. I stay supportive of my teammates and keep pushing even during tough moments.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

No, but i’m planning on going into HOSA when I get into highschool.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed strong teamwork and communication skills through volleyball. I always try to encourage my teammates, stay positive, and lead by example with effort and attitude. I’m coachable, hardworking, and focused on improving every day

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One challenge I’ve faced is learning to stay confident and push through mistakes during games. Volleyball has helped me grow mentally by teaching me to stay focused, work harder, and keep a positive attitude even when things don’t go perfectly.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college with a strong volleyball program, supportive coaches, and a positive team culture. I want a school where I can grow as both a student and an athlete while competing at a high level.
