About Alison

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play with nonstop hustle, always bringing energy every second. My style is fast-paced and aggressive, pushing the tempo and keeping constant pressure. I bring hype through effort, intensity, and never backing down.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a competitive mentality and always push myself to improve and win. I stay focused, disciplined, and bring positive energy while supporting my teammates. I’m resilient, hardworking, and keep a strong attitude even under pressure.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a member of NJHS, a student leader, and a tutor. I have been recognized as a scholar athlete.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed strong leadership skills through student leadership, tutoring, and playing volleyball. Teamwork is important to me, both on the court and in group activities, where I communicate and support others. I’ve also grown a sense of community service by helping classmates and contributing to school activities.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

When I joined a new club, I had to quickly prove myself and earn the trust of my peers. It pushed me to work harder, stay focused, and show my dedication.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college where I can compete at the D1 or D2 level while focusing on strong academics. I want a school that values community and helps students grow as leaders.
