2025 was one of the best years we have had in Oklahoma. The hard work and determination was apparent in the amount of college commits we had this past year. We will not officially know who is in what class until early August, so we will use a few assumptions. Such as, Most schools will mimic the football ADM released this past spring and that the private school bump up rule in fact does stay in place. That being said, let's take a look at our top 3 picks for the 2026 season in class 6A and some of the players that could make an impact for their program.

#3 Broken Arrow Tigers: The Tigers ended the season with a 29-9 season and a spot in the 6A state championship match. They started the season slow and went 3-3 the opening week but QUICKLY got the water boiling. They won 16 out of the next 17 matches. They punched their ticket at their home regional against the always tough Bishop Kelley. They won the first two rounds of state with convincing sweeps over #7 Piedmont and #3 Edmond North. The season came to a close with a 1-3 loss in the championship match against Edmond Memorial.
Players: As much as it will hurt to lose a phenomenal player in Lily Boswell, this team always reloads and has players laying in wait for their chance. They will have a very strong and seasoned senior class with players like the #1 player in the 2027 class with [player_tooltip player_id='610402' first='Aliyah' last='Owens'], [player_tooltip player_id='756452' first='Hailey' last='Robl'], [player_tooltip player_id='913648' first='Emmerson' last='Meador'] and [player_tooltip player_id='740633' first='Olivia' last='Shanahan'].

#2 Norman Tigers: The Tigers exploded on the scene last season. They went from a 19 win season in 2024 to 31 wins in 2025. Will they get even more this season? They will definitely have the firepower. After their first round exit to Perennial powerhouse Jenks, this crew will be hungry for another chance at advancing in the state tournament. This team is very young and may very well have a couple solid runs in the gas tank over the next couple years.

Players: Thier 2028 class is LOADED. [player_tooltip player_id='748675' first='Olivia' last='Carter'], [player_tooltip player_id='821438' first='Izabella' last='Holasek'], and [player_tooltip player_id='779784' first='Marleigh' last='O'Connor'] all are inside the overall top 12 spots. Don't sleep on seniors like [player_tooltip player_id='752799' first='Vanna' last='Kelly'], [player_tooltip player_id='297110' first='Zoe' last='Young'], Ella Kate STark and [player_tooltip player_id='511388' first='Georgia' last='Caddell'] though. This team has the weapons and the fire in them to make a deep run.

#1 Edmond Memorial Bulldogs: Well... let's start with the obvious. The Bulldogs are the BACK to BACK champs in the largest class in the state. Yes, they graduated some big time players but like the rest of the list, they tend to just reload instead of rebuild. They will have a tough time trying to out do a 35-5 record like they had last year but with this crew, it's always possible.

Players: They have 6 different players inside the top 20 of their respective classes. They have talent at every position and in every grade. [player_tooltip player_id='752750' first='Averie' last='Mannschreck'] and [player_tooltip player_id='755551' first='Addison' last='Levescy'] are upcoming seniors have both already signed to play at the next level. Mix in [player_tooltip player_id='740692' first='Olivia' last='Johnson'], Juliana Thorton, [player_tooltip player_id='766221' first='Kate' last='Broomfield'], and [player_tooltip player_id='752546' first='Leighton' last='Bauer'] just to name a few and you got another championship caliber team. With players like [player_tooltip player_id='907679' first='Grace' last='Patty'], [player_tooltip player_id='902862' first='Hannah' last='Brown'], and [player_tooltip player_id='905369' first='Maisie' last='Shipman'] developing, the Bulldogs will be a problem for the foreseeable future.

There is a reason these are Way Too Early. Rules could change, players can transfer and ADM will not be confirmed till August.
