Hill displays a strong combination of athleticism, court awareness, and composure, especially when competing in older age divisions. She reads opposing hitters effectively, positions herself well at the net, and makes disciplined blocking decisions against more advanced offenses. Her lateral movement and timing allow her to close seams and challenge attackers with purpose. Offensively, Hill thrives in a fast-tempo system, showing comfort and efficiency on quick sets. Her transition footwork keeps her consistently available as an attacking option. In addition to her physical impact, her high energy and steady positivity, regardless of the score, provide a stabilizing presence on the court. Her wise demeanor and broad skill set surpass her young age.     Phillips brings a high-motor, communication-driven presence that impacts both phases of play. She remains vocal and engaged throughout rallies, helping organize the defense while demonstrating strong awareness of reading opposing offenses. At the net, Phillips transitions laterally with purpose, closing blocks effectively on the pins and challenging attackers outside her primary zone. Her effort extends into back-row defense, where she competes with the same intensity and range after serving. Her combination of energy, communication, and court awareness makes her a consistent and disruptive presence in the middle.     Wessel presents a well-rounded and technically efficient game on the outside. She generates a consistent pace with a fast arm swing and adapts well to varying set locations, maintaining offensive effectiveness even in out-of-system situations. Her shot selection reflects a diverse “toolbox,” allowing her to score against different defensive schemes. In serve-receive and defense, Wessel remains composed and reads the game effectively. She is a reliable passer who transitions quickly into attack, making her a consistent offensive option. Her decision-making and spatial awareness highlight a strong volleyball IQ and overall versatility.     Lu combines a refined offensive approach with a high-energy, team-first presence. She plays off the block effectively, using control and awareness to score against structured defenses rather than relying solely on power. Her shot selection shows variety and growing confidence. Lu's impact extends beyond scoring, as her energy and communication consistently lift teammates and strengthen team cohesion. She reads the game well and positions herself with purpose, reflecting a solid and developing volleyball IQ.
