About The Program
Elite Volleyball Academy (EVA) is a junior volleyball club in the Delta Region of USA Volleyball. The academy is committed to fostering a highly positive, competitive, and effort-based team culture. Its coaching principles focus on empowering and developing confident, competitive players who excel not only in volleyball but also as young individuals.
EVA's vision is to establish a nationally respected program known for developing athletes in skill, game knowledge, and team culture. Each season, the academy aims to provide players, families, and teams with a meaningful and enriching experience by teaching the game, team concepts, and transferable life lessons. The program is designed for highly driven and motivated players seeking advanced training to enhance their volleyball skills, game knowledge, and ability to achieve personal and team goals. EVA strives to compete at the highest level across all age groups.
The academy is led by a highly knowledgeable coaching staff under the direction of club director Tanja Eckart. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, EVA proudly serves players from the Central Arkansas region who aspire to be part of top-level competitive teams.
EVA emphasizes a team-first mentality and instills a "We vs. Me" culture, teaching players that individual excellence contributes to overall team success—an essential principle of any team sport.
