Tincher (pictured) is a sound libero for the new Jackson County head coach to build around. She steps forward and uses great form to make good passes. She executes both overhead and bump passes well. Tincher is not afraid to stick out an arm to keep plays alive. Her control needs some work, but that is coming around. Tincher had a team-high 191 digs in the fall, helping Jackson County make it back to the 13th Region Tournament for the sixth straight season.
