About Isabella

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I like to be aggressive and get to every ball I can get to.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a good teammate, I am always cheering on my teammates on the floor with me, whether it be a mistake, or a great play. I have been playing club ball for 2 years, and have learned a lot. I am very aggressive as a libero.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Grade school, I won the award for being the kindest athlete, with good grades. Recently I was mentioned on Prep Dig as a Top Performer at a tournament in Crystal Lake.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Being so new to club ball, I have learned a lot at Belusa and Joliet West. They have taught me how to receive and where the ball needs to be at any point. I have learned that it takes a total team effort on every play, and 100% hustle and commitment.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Because I never played Club ball prior to high school, I wasn't sure if I could make an impact at Joliet West, because it is such a good program. We had 15 girls, some played B, some played both, I was one of two players that did not play a B game, strictly A games.

What type of college are you looking for?

I would love to play college Volleyball. The better I get, the better my choices.
