About Dleah

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

A gritty defensive player who thrives to keep the ball off the floor. Consistently executes controlled passes to the target, covering the court with confidence, and constantly communicates. A reliable back row player who always brings energy and hustle onto the court.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a go getter mentality and a strong work ethic. I stay competitive and focused, never allowing mistakes to define my performance, following a “ next ball “ mentality at all times. I’m a strong headed in positive ways, confident in my abilities, and always determined to improve.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through volleyball, school, and involvement in the community, I have developed strong leadership and communication skills. These experiences have helped me grow into a hardworking, dependable, disciplined person who values helping others and contributing positively to my teammates on the court.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college along the coast that offers a strong disciplined program and a friendly welcoming community.
