Juniata is a D3 national power, they most recently won the 2024 national championship with a 3-2 win over UW-Whitewater in the title match. Weidmayer is accustomed to playing at a high level on the pin. She has been a standout for Manitowoc Lincoln earning All State honors as well as being named FRCC Player of the Year in 2025.

The Class of 2027 outside hitter knows how to score points. She brings a heavy arm swing to the pin and can score from the left or right side. What is tough about her game is her ability to take what the defense gives her. She can hit the sharp angle, find the deep corner, and uses the block to her advantage. Her serve is also deadly where she is able to score points from the service line, backrow attacking, and front row. She is currently averaging nearly 4.5 kills per set for Manitowoc Lincoln who is accustomed to a challenging schedule of top teams in Wisconsin.

Abigail is a powerhouse pin who has really worked to develop her shots. Her deep corner shot can consistently get teams out of the system, and she has a competitive line shot as well. Abigail does a great job hiding her shot selection and mixing up the pace of her swings, so she is tough to read.

Abby Weidmayer had a huge high school season this fall for Manitowoc Lincoln where she was FRCC 1st Team All Conference. In the 2024 club season, she played out of the middle, but this fall she was a six rotation outside hitter. No matter what position she plays this club season, her efficient style of play, and dirty serve will be a huge asset for FC Elite 16 Navy who will be real balanced this season.

Abigail is incredibly dynamic. She can get the job done on either pin and has the potential to be one of the most lethal yet consistent 6-rotation athletes in this class. She has a high contact, is disciplined on the court, and has great court awareness. Abigail never misses a beat on the court and improves in leaps and bounds every time I see her play. Her focus and competitiveness are clear. I had the opportunity to see her at the Top 250 Expo recently,y where she was incredibly impressive. Abigail was selected for All-State Honorable Mention this season.

Abigail played middle for FC Elite this season and she was dominant. Her 6’0″ frame couple with her speed and and court awareness make her a highly-effective blocker. Abigail is quick in transition and always finds a way to make herself an option on offense.

Abigail exploded onto my radar at the Gauntlet. She was playing out of the middle for FC Elite and did an amazing job. She is an all-around talented middle who is so balanced with her offensive and defensive impact. She is also a very competitive server who regularly was on the service line for multiple points in a row.

Abigail is a very competitive pin hitter who can play all six rotations. She was among only two freshmen to earn All-State honors in Division 1 this past season. Abigail is incredibly athletic in all six rotations. She is efficient and knows how to earn points by finding different shots and mixing up the speed of her swing.
