Mills has the size and strength to power around, over, and through the block to terminate points for her Kahiau U18 Navy team. She is the number one option on the pin, and the team relies on her out of system when they need a crucial point. Mills has strong hands on the block and plays balls easily with her hands on defense. A smart player, Mills reads the game well and knows when to hammer the ball or break out a soft tip.

Ephrata relies on Mills to deliver big kills when needed. The sophomore spent her freshman year in the middle but has made the move outside for her second year of school ball. She has delivered tremendously, and her kills have jumped along with her digs. One of the most impressive aspects of her game is the deadly jump float serve she has dialed in this season. She is one of the best servers in the 2A and state ranks overall. Expect Mills to ramp it up another level as a junior after another full club season as an outside.
