Expert Analysis
Mike Bryant | Prep Dig Scout
Twyman saw steady growth in her production in her junior season in 2025 as she terminated the ball at a higher rate. With increased attempts, she also elevated her effectiveness to a career high .333 efficiency on 2.7 k/s. Finishing 7th offensively in the GMC, she should see an uptick even more given the gains she made this club season in her skills as well as her physical tools as a primary attacker. A 2nd team GMC honoree in 2025, she should be among the top threats and contributors in the league this coming fall.

Twyman (*pictured) is a great story in her emergence as a point scorer and the versatility she can do it through from different locations on the court. She arrived to the club season with her OPVC team having committed to Miami (OH) as, previously, her potential had registered with her that the DI level was within reach. With a long frame at 6’1, combined with good elevation and the ability to bring some heat, she paid attention to the areas of growth that were important and went out and made it happen. The Lakota West prospect will return to the fall season to follow-up on a career best output in 2025 that included 211 kills on a .305 efficiency.

Twyman could be the best offensive option for this team given her length, athleticism, and versatility to swing effectively from anywhere on the court. She gets off the floor well and uses a high elbow swing that helps maximize her touch point. She is coming off a career best season for Lakota West as she earned 211 kills for a 2.6 k/s average to lead the Firebirds. Expect her to be a key go-to arm through a variety of options.

Twyman is a sound all-around player that makes plays at all six spots on the court. She does a great job transitioning from defense to offense. Twyman goes up hard and pounds balls down to different parts of the court. She can hit balls hard off blockers. Twyman credits the success of the team to her teammates learning each other and making things click on the court.
