I’ve watched all of Conrad’s matches this club season as a result of her being teammates with our daughter on Rockets 15R. She’s adjusted nicely to operating out of a 6-2 this club campaign after running the show herself as a Burlington Notre Dame freshman in the fall, when she piled up 739 assists. In her first year working with this Rockets front row, Conrad has steadily learned where teammates like the ball and become more consistent at getting it there. She’s a good athlete, which helps her get quickly to the spot of the pass and in defending against the opposing attack. That’s also evidenced by her racking up the second most digs (333) for the Nikes this past season. A strong vertical leap aids her in throwing up an effective block. Conrad also is a consistently good server, brings positive energy to the court and is a good teammate.
