I’ve scouted Cahoy during the last few club season and have always left the gym impressed with her play. I hadn’t had a chance to see her Six Pack squad yet in 2026, so I dug around for some updated video. Eureka, I found it. Cahoy has built on a sophomore season at New Hampton that saw her produced a team-best 333 kills (.268) and 267 digs. She brings an impressive well-rounded skill set to the court that allows for helping her squad wherever it most needs it. Cahoy is quick and sharp in the back row, delivering usable passes on the regular. She plays bigger than her height thanks to a big-time vertical leap, allowing her to effectively attack and defend at the net. Cahoy’s crisp skill set reveals a commitment to improvement.

Cahoy stood out as an interesting prospect when I watched her operate with the Six Pack team during the club campaign. Her consistency and versatility jump out as her carrying tools. Cahoy is technically sound in the back row, working well against pace and delivering sharp passes. She’s a good athlete that moves well laterally and has quick reaction time. That might be where she projects to have the most success on the next level. Cahoy also flashes ability from the pins, though. It’s probably too early to close the book on her developing her attack. That athleticism in the back row shows up as explosiveness up front. Her swing from the right side is fast and effective.

Cahoy is a Class of 2028 freshman to watch this upcoming club season where she had a big season, making a statement for New Hampton. She had over 250 kills and 250 digs while leading the team in aces. She is an all around player who has a well rounded skill set, helping her side of the net in a variety of ways. She was named 1st Team All Conference in the NEIC and will be one to keep tabs on throughout her career.
