Alexandria is balling with the Vegas Aces 17 Ren, a top-tier team that consistently competes in the open division and power pools at major tournaments. In practice, she’s going up against one of the nation’s best hitters and several D1 commits—sharpening her skills for the tough matchups ahead. No doubt, Walker has seriously stepped up her libero game this season. #22 L, Alexandria Walker Alexandria Walker 5'3" | DS/L Liberty | 2027 State NV came to the Las Vegas Classic on a mission to have an effect on the court that was full of determination, and one that couldn’t be mistaken for anything short of her best! Every effort on the court was used to dig down-ball hits, effect solid passes, keep the ball off the floor and hype her attackers up at every turn! Her ability to read the opposing attackers enables her to cover the floor very efficiently which sets her offense up for explosive advances. Her setting ability is firm, and this gives her top ranked attackers the confidence and ability to run a fast pace offense. Alexandria has gained a lot of exposure this year, playing a key role in helping Liberty High School win the 9th Island Classic and showcasing her skills at a few of our events. Her talent hasn’t gone unnoticed—she’s an outstanding defensive specialist and will gain valuable high-level experience as just a sophomore. With 4 D1 commits, including 3 attackers, she’ll have plenty of opportunities to sharpen her skills and grow as a DS/L.
