About Ali

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

As a setter, I take pride in running an efficient offense, making smart decisions under pressure, and creating opportunities for my hitters to succeed. I bring strong court awareness, consistent ball control, and a high volleyball IQ to every match. I am a vocal leader on the court and value teamwork, effort and continuous improvement as I work toward playing volleyball at the collegiate level.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

- I participate as a hurdler, pole vaulter, and sprinter on the Greensburg Track and Field team. - Member of my school's Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) club - Member of the Community Mayor's Youth Council where I was honored with the "Be The Wall" Award in recognition of student-athlete leadership and community involvement - Active member of St. Mary's Church, where I volunteer

Her appearance at our Exposure Tour made waves with more than one court coach, as her skill set allows her to be a lot of things on the volleyball court. As a setter, she can run a solid offense with various tempi and multiple options in her hitters. Knowing the game better than a lot of setters from southeastern Indiana, she’ll be fun to watch this club season with SEIVB, and I look forward to seeing her compete in major tournaments this spring.
