Aliyah comes from a family of talented volleyball players who played at the collegiate level, and she’s definitely next in line. As a strong right-side hitter, she has a powerful arm swing and is a tough presence at the net, shutting down opponents’ outside hitters. She played a key role in leading Lake Mead Christian Academy to the state championship, finishing the season just ten kills shy of 200.

With her “middle blocker” teammates Kennedy or Jalynn on the court, it’s going to be nearly impossible for mediocre teams to get past them. Standing at 6’1″, Aliyah combines her height with top-notch offensive and defensive skills, making her an ideal prospect for any college program. Aliyah is currently uncommitted.

Aliyah Harris Aliyah Harris 6'2" | RS Lake Mead Christian | 2025 State NV  had a great junior season earning Athlete of the Year at her high school and beasted in the club season with Top Flight last spring. She has a very powerful swing and can effectively block the toughest of hitters. The two-sport athlete has been on varsity since her freshman year and has recorded 72 kills this season in her team’s only six matches, averaging 4.2 kills per set. Four of those games were double digit kills. She is a key contributor on her team, leading in kills and hitting %. 

Aliyah is a talented two-sport athlete whose exceptional athleticism shines through on the court, particularly on the right side. Her junior year was marked by outstanding achievements, including earning athlete of the year honors at school and achieving impressive stats with over 150 kills, 45 aces, and more than 90 digs. Aliyah’s impact extends beyond her high school accomplishments. The 6’2” senior is a major part of her club team’s success, contributing crucial blocks throughout matches and delivering aggressive attacks with powerful cross-court and line shots. Offensively, Aliyah is a force to be reckoned with in the front row. She utilizes her strength to power through blocks, skillfully hits between seams, and strategically executes powerful tips that are difficult for blockers to defend against. Her height and wingspan make it exceptionally challenging for opponents to find a way around her block. Harris played a big role in helping her team secure a bid to the Nationals this July. With her combination of athleticism, skill, and dedication, Aliyah is poised to continue making significant strides heading into her senior year, making her an exciting prospect for college recruiters.
