Allie moved from 159 to 124 in our state rankings. Anyone that finishes with over 2,000 assists in high school probably deserves higher. She impressed in the first tournament of the year for Blue Ridge 18, setting a 5/1. Blue Ridge won the tournament by defeating MVSA Chaos in the finals.

Allie operates an offense well. Her sets are consistent and she spreads the ball around. She will probably rise again as I watch her more.

Allie has committed to Marymount

Allie Lynch Allie Lynch 5'10" | S Clarke County | 2025 State VA picked up her 2,000 assists on September 10th. A sweep this week over Luray puts the team in first place in the Bull Run conference. Since Lynch has set for Clark County beginning in the fall of 2021 the team has advanced to the regional semis. In 2022 she was voted to the first team all region team. She also won a spot on the Bull Run first team last season.

At 5’10” she brings good height to the setting position. She also is known as a team first player, one of the reasons she is considered the leader of the team.

Last week she was included in the Prep Dig national player of the week vote and finished in fourth place.

Allie should be considered Player of the Week since this was the week she exceeded 2000 Assists in her high school volleyball career. Allie is the Setter for her high school Varsity volleyball team. She has been on Varsity for four years, making Setter in her Freshman year. She was 13. Allie is a hard working student-athlete and does what it takes to accomplish her academic and athletic goals. Allie is a smart and strategic Setter who is able to move the ball effectively leaving Hitters with an open net. Allie is a coachable athlete where she is open minded and a team player for any team she plays for.

Allie is a talented Setter, Team Captain and overall outstanding volleyball player. I nominated Allie Lynch for Player of the Week.

Setter for the Blue Ridge 17 team. They finished as the fourth ranked team in the Chesapeake Region. At 5’10” she brings good height to the setter position. For high school she sets for Clarke County, earning a spot on the Bull Run District first team. Her setting helped Clarke Conty reach the playoffs, but ultimately they lost in the Class 2B Regional semifinals.
