Last high school season, Allison Bailey put together one of the stronger serving campaigns in the Class of 2027. She finished with 286 serving attempts, just 36 errors, and 50 aces. That combination shows a player who isn’t afraid to apply pressure while still maintaining control. Furthermore, she consistently gave her team opportunities to score without sacrificing efficiency. After another club season of development, don’t be surprised if Bailey’s serving game reaches an even higher level this fall.

Offensively, she stands out as a versatile middle in the rising senior class. As one of of the most effective slide attackers in the state, she uses a variety of shots to elevate her game. Bailey is quick in transition, consistently getting available for her setter and creating offensive opportunities. Defensively, Bailey reads the game well, allowing her to move to the pin and close blocks efficiently. Her combination of athleticism, offensive versatility, and defensive instincts makes her a valuable presence at the net.

Bailey is still raw, but at 6’1” with a 10’1” approach jump, the potential for her to play at the next level is there. Her freshman year club season, she broke her ankle and was out for the majority of it, however, she used high school season as a time to hone her skills and make up for what she lost last season, and has started her sophomore club season with a bang, hitting at a whopping .390 her first tournament and garnering a 57% kill percentage and eight blocks. This is the season to watch Bailey.
