About Allison

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Calm and collected, hype, energetic, and supportive. Reliable and consistent

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Just go. trying to better every ball if it’s perfect or chaotic. Move on and focus on the next play mentality. Put your all into it and believe in your abilities.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Developed teamwork and leadership through years of volleyball. Knowing what we need to do as a team and when, critique not criticism. Leadership by communicating and talking before, during and after plays.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

JV2 as a freshmen and the immediate jump to varsity sophomore year. No confidence and bad team chemistry freshmen year, coaches and players not there to win. Worked hard for a good club team and made varsity following year but was on the outs as I had never played with any of the girls before since they were not on JV 2

What type of college are you looking for?

D2, D3, supportive family felt team and coaches. There to win but not with the cost of mental or physical damage, competitive and everyone around me always pushing to limits to make better.
