Baird, an uncommitted 2025, turned heads early on at the Top 250 with her dominant play during Queens. With impressive hops and a heavy arm, she unloads on the ball. Her high reach and good court vision allow her to move the ball around to find the open court. Baird is solid all around and would be a great six-rotation pickup for a collegiate program.

As a three-rotation outside hitter, Baird makes her presence known from the front row whenever she is on the court. Jumping high and swinging hard, Baird does an excellent job of putting the ball away or swinging high off of her opponents’ hands. She tools off the block and hits through it well, managing to score for her team frequently whenever she gets a set. Baird’s play as a middle hitter during high school season has also helped her hone in on her blocking abilities, making her a strong athlete defensively, too.
