I like to lift my team up even in hard games especially. I also work hard and get into the gym at every time I can.

My mentality is you can always improve. It is good to be confident, but you don’t want to be cocky.

I am in SALT (Student Athletr Leadership Team)

I have developed teamwork and leadership, as being a captain you need to have good leadership.

I have faced different challenges such as position changes but still work through them.

Smart player who is very skilled and very talented. S he is a player who also plays sand volleyball at a high level as well, Top Ranked in IL! Those all around skills show out anywhere she is on the court.

Marciniak had a great weekend at the Grand Slam tournament. She does an excellent job transitioning out, exploding to the pin, and delivering hard cross and line shots. Marciniak also contributes in the backrow. She was solid in serve receive, tracked down several attacks that were sent to the deep corners, and delivered some powerful backrow attacks of her own.
