Her growth on the court over high school will translate over to club and showcase her taking charge of the offense and making smart choices with the ball. Walz is expected to be a standout leader and playmaker on her team and we all know she will succeed.

Walz showcased a combination of skills setting for Elevate on Sunday. She set a clean ball to her outsides, can deliver tempo sets to her middles, and does a good job spreading out her offense to get all of her hitters involved. Walz also had a good float serve that many opposing teams had a hard time handling.

Amelia really stood out to me during the scrimmages at the end of the Showcase. She was so gritty and made great defensive plays, along with running the offense as a setter. She never missed a beat on the court.
