Fenwick pulled off a massive win on Thursday as they defeated a very good St. Ursula (Cincinnati) team 3-1 to solidify their case as one of the top high school programs in the greater Cincy area. Ptaszkiewicz was a huge factor as she earned a match high 17 kills on a .353 efficiency to go along with her three blocks on the defensive side. Other top performers for the Falcons include the offense from senior Morgan Meiring Morgan Meiring 5'11" | OH Bishop Fenwick | 2027 State OH and junior Mia Schmitt Mia Schmitt 5'8" | OH Fenwick | 2028 State OH who terminated 16 and 11 kills repsectively. Senior Emme Moser Emme Moser 5'3" | DS/L Bishop Fenwick | 2027 State OH led the defense with 28 digs as Meiring added 15 of her own.

With early mention in the club season as a member of CVA’s top 16U team, Ptaskiewicz showed off some good tools offensively as a middle. She made good contributions overall as CVA battled throughout the weekend. At 6’0, she worked her way into some good situations with her transition work. Her awareness to develop good space and timing resulted in some fluid contact to drive the ball through space she found. Look for her with Bishop Fenwick as they have a good core group of younger athletes returning in 2026.
