I am excited to see Holmstrom this upcoming high school season. She is a fun player to watch because she impacts the match in so many ways. She can set, pass, attack out of the back row, and play stellar defense. No matter the lineup, you want her involved in the back row, whether as a setter or defensive specialist. I would even like to see her at libero, as I think she has the instincts and ball control to excel there. Regardless, she is the type of player a coach values because she can fill whatever role is needed and make an impact while doing it.

Anna consistently showed her value as a steady, dependable backcourt leader. She was excellent at covering blockers, staying patient and calm on defense while maintaining confidence in her reads. She made several big plays to keep balls alive, extending rallies with smart, composed effort. In serve receive, she showed a lot of poise and control, providing a stabilizing presence for her team. Her leadership and composure in the back row stood out throughout the session.
